This app has had an amazingly positive affect on the daily lives of my elderly parents, and I cannot say enough good things about it!! It is truly aimed at helping family and friends of non-technical "seniors" stay in touch with them and keep them involved, and hits that target squarely!! Customer service is outstanding. You cant find more helpful people, and you know that your experience with Postcards really MATTERS to them. KUDOS!!!

Full transparency: I learned about this app when I started working with the company on a short-term contract, but this is an unsolicited compliment. Such a nicely implemented idea to help families and loved ones connect across the technological gap of generations! Ive really enjoyed using the past week or so.
